It is positioned to serve students from the London School of Economics, King’s College, and Queen Mary University.

The scheme, designed by Stiff + Trevillion Architects and Jonathan Cook Landscape Architects, will offer a variety of bedroom types, including studios and cluster apartments. Notably, 35% of the accommodation will be affordable, with 64 rooms designed for wheelchair access.

Amenities for students include a café/bar, cinema room, music rooms, a gym, and roof terraces. Additionally, there will be 494 long-term and 32 short-stay cycle parking spaces, with provisions for adapted cycles.

This PBSA development will not only cater to the needs of students but also contribute to the local community.
