White Cap, a distributor of speciality construction supplies and safety products, has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of US distributor Valley Supply.
Valley Supply, based in Mechanicsburg, is recognised for its concrete accessories, fabricated rebar, chemicals, and safety products. It serves the nonresidential and infrastructure end markets.
This acquisition brings Valley Supply into the White Cap suite of brands, marking an expansion of White Cap’s reach in the sector.
White Cap CEO Alan Sollenberger said: “We are excited to welcome Valley Supply to the White Cap team. Announced in October 2024, this acquisition has now been finalised, further extending White Cap’s suite of brands and services.
White Cap operates roughly 500 branches across North America, employing more than 10,500 associates who support approximately 200,000 customers across 15 construction trades.
The company’s strategy of value-added acquisitions has been a key driver of growth since 2016.
Last year, White Cap also acquired Tri-Boro Construction Supplies, an American company that has been operational since 1974.
Tri-Boro specialises in the supply of construction equipment, reinforcing White Cap’s commitment to serving the construction industry with a wide array of products.
