GRAHAM has completed the Reardon Court extra care housing scheme in Enfield, London, UK, designed to support independent living for residents aged 55 and older.
This project was a collaboration between Enfield Council, GRAHAM, and Pick Everard.
The companies have provided architecture, landscape architecture, project management, and technical advisory services, among others.
The scheme, which was secured through the Procure Partnerships Framework, comprises 64 one-bedroom and six two-bedroom flats.
Pick Everard director John Clarke said: “Each flat benefits from an outward-facing balcony, with those on the ground floor having access to a garden space to really enhance a sense of independence that is present throughout the scheme.
“We now look forward to seeing residents and staff make use of this fantastic new space, which will positively impact generations to come.”

By GlobalDataThe project has been constructed with dual aspects to maximise views and natural light.
This design is in line with the Housing our Ageing Population Panel for Innovation principles.
The development includes a communal space, 24-hour on-site care, a central courtyard, and walking routes, among other features.
In an effort to align with green design philosophies, Reardon Court has been fitted with more than 100 solar photovoltaic (PV) panels on its roof.
These are complemented by sustainable drainage systems that aid in rainwater management.
GRAHAM regional director Pat O’Hare said: “Reardon Court will provide independence, safety, and comfort for residents for years to come. This project underscores the importance of meeting the evolving needs of an ageing population who require extra support and care.
“With its thoughtful design, comprehensive care services, and commitment to fostering a sense of community, Reardon Court sets a new standard for independent living in later years.”
Earlier this month, GRAHAM announced the completion of the initial 150 waterside apartments at the Millers Quay development, part of the wider regeneration initiative at Wirral Waters.
